Alce Nero are organic farmers and processors who have been working since 1978 to produce delicious food, that bring out the terroir of the land. Over 1,000 farmers in Italy and over 10,000 small family-run farms in Central and South America supply basics for the products.
For more than 40 years they have prioritised organic farming which looks after the land and humans, and this is why they have decided to produce foods which are good for both.
